The WIDOS 4000 WM is made for the rational fabrication of high-quality fittings like bends, T- and cross-pieces in the workshop. It is possible to process and produce pipes and fittings out of PE, PP and PVDF from OD 90 up to OD 315. The solid and optimized clamping tools can be unfolded and operated very quickly with only one spindle. For the fitting production, they are mounted onto the tables and can be swiveled; for simple mismatch compensation they can be shifted horizontally. Besides the solid 15° versions that are predominantly used for the fabrication of bends, small steel versions for the clamping of even shortest straight fitting necks like e.g. flanges are available.
